HC Community Call - August 2026
Last call before fall gets crazy. We talked through which events are actually worth going to, what buyers are spending money on, and a few members showed off what they built with AI.
Highlights
- We're seeing 3,500 buyers coming back to the platform every month. That is the number we care about now, not visitors.
- We're seeing specialized platforms grow 20 to 80% YoY right now. EORs 50 to 80%.
- Buyers keep asking for the same three things: help figuring out what they need, someone who does exactly that thing, and people who show up like they are on the team.
- In events, solutions aren't seeing returns from booths anymore, they're seeing returns from close, curated, prepared activities, for example dinners, or workshops, with clear preparation before and intentional follow up after.
- John Healy walked us through how a 30,000 company turned their talent experience into a two click process, including over 140 systems, and all operating under the current tools and processes. He also showed us how this is a massive opportunity for specialized talent solutions to be included in.
