- The way into PE is operating partners first. One firm had about 100 AI roles across its portcos, and most were contractors.
- EOR plus sourcing is a win-win. The sourcing solution owns the client, and the EOR removes the compliance blocker that stalls enterprise deals.
- Data has to flow both ways. Portable profiles give companies the quickest path to value.
