Jack was an early hire at YunoJuno, one of the defining marketplace and freelancer management platforms of the last decade. He helped scale the business from a small creative community into a global SaaS platform used by major enterprise brands.

He has spent the last ten years designing and implementing flexible workforce programs across sectors and regions. His work focuses on helping organisations build blended talent models, create practical policy and governance around external work, and deploy tech stacks that genuinely support modern workforce design.

Through Freeflexer, his consultancy, Jack advises organisations on how to treat the flexible workforce as a strategic asset rather than a workaround.

At Human Cloud, Jack leads EMEA partnerships and ecosystem development.
