We're a PE group with over 50 companies in our portfolio. We want to be able to send trusted experts to different portfolio companies depending on what they need. We want to start with marketing, because we see marketing as a low hanging fruit to helping companies get back on track.

We also don't want just experts. We want scoped packets of initiatives, for example a brand refresh, an SEO/AEO transformation, and a website audit are the immediate 3 initiatives we see every Port Co needing.

But we want a partner that can provide vetted marketing talent, can help us shape the scope of what the contract should look like, then we want to redeploy these experts across the business in 3/6/9 month timeframes.
