EOR For Transformation Consultancy, Expected ~$500k-$1m, 5+ States, 3+ Countries

We need to pay talent in the US (NY, CA, IL, DC, WA), Germany, the UK, and more countries throughout Europe and South America over the next year. These will be majority contractors, potentially W2 depending on your advisement. We are a transformation consultancy for Corporate Venture Funds. We expect ~$500k to $1m of contractor spend over the next year, with 5-15 contractors at a time.

Our biggest concern is the details of subcontracting, and want to make sure there is zero legal concern and that you have an actual office in each location.
