What is a Human Cloud partner?+

A partner is an advisory firm, consultancy, agency, or MSP that uses Human Cloud to run vetted, structured RFP and sourcing processes for its own clients. You work inside a dedicated Cloud for each client, run the process on their behalf, and hand off the finished result — on our software, under your brand.

How do clients give me access?+

Three ways: invite a client by email, request access to an organization that already exists on Human Cloud, or create a brand-new client workspace. The client approves exactly which scopes you can use — shortlists, briefs, notes, cloud, and contracts — and can adjust or revoke that access at any time.

Can I run RFPs and build shortlists for my clients?+

Yes. You create RFPs and shortlists inside the client’s scoped workspace, run the full process, and send the finished RFP to your client with one click. The RFP is attributed to the client while you retain full working access as the creator.

What does a facilitated RFP process include?+

A vetted shortlist from 500+ verified solutions, market intelligence, a structured RFP with a reusable question library, and contract, SLA, and benchmark data. It is the month-long manual process compressed into a day. The per-process fee is credited against your revenue share.

What is the difference between co-branded and white-label?+

Co-branded keeps Human Cloud’s branding alongside yours. Full white-label removes our branding entirely and runs on your own domain, so clients experience it as your platform. White-label facilitated processes run at roughly 2x standard — $5,000 vs $2,500 per process.

How do I earn revenue share?+

Every solution that wins business through a process you run already pays Human Cloud a revenue share under the agreement it signs to respond — so there is nothing for you to negotiate or collect. You earn 50% of Human Cloud’s standard revenue share on deals you facilitate, for as long as we collect it. On vendors where Human Cloud has negotiated a premium enterprise rate, we keep the premium and your share is based on the standard rate.

Can I sign contracts on my client’s behalf?+

You can draft, prepare, send, and manage contracts and agreements for your client. Signing and countersigning legally bind the organization and are never delegated — that step always stays with your client’s team.

Who owns the technology?+

The platform and all technology remain the sole and exclusive property of Human Cloud. Partners receive a limited, revocable license, including white-label presentation rights, to run processes for their clients.
