This breakthrough allowed us to triple our efficiency in sourcing talent and unveiled our solution's global potential for HR teams and founders. By early 2025, we decided to build an AI sourcing platform to intelligently scale with hiring demands, enabling teams to handle surges without added stress or external recruiters. Today, Calyptus is an AI-powered video recruitment platform designed to match HR teams and company leaders with the right candidates at the right time, all while avoiding the pitfalls of traditional recruiting and agency reliance. With a focus on innovative AI technology, our aim is to streamline the recruiting process, reduce time-to-hire to an average of 14 days, and build a more effective hiring workflow for our clients.
