Challenge: A multinational professional services company had a platform under strain from one of its largest customers: thousands of users uploading thousands of documents were hurting performance and stability, putting the account at risk. The fix had to be built and in production within two months to meet the customer's service agreement. Solution: ioet formed a dedicated team to: • Build a fully integrated web application for document uploads, replacing an existing third-party service • Integrate it with a new cloud-based document management platform that had never been live before • Coordinate two client teams that had never worked together (the customer application and the document platform) The team built a high-bandwidth pipeline able to handle tens of thousands of files per hour with thousands of concurrent users, and launched it to live users under a tight deadline. Results: The pipeline went live on time, the platform's upload capacity grew 10x, and the client presented the integration at its annual technology showcase as a success story in cross-platform collaboration.

Challenge: A mid-sized, HIPAA and SOX compliant company running both online and in-store retail was growing fast and needed agile, scalable engineering processes without weakening security or governance. Infrastructure, git repositories and permissions were managed by hand, which slowed every change and made audits harder. Solution: An ioet team built a toolkit that brought the existing infrastructure, from git repositories to permissions, into a single Infrastructure as Code ecosystem with Terraform. The work covered: • Analysis of third-party APIs and the existing setup • An Infrastructure as Code blueprint and integration • A CI/CD framework (CircleCI) with thorough validation and testing • Working with security and other cross-functional teams to remove manual access Results: Infrastructure changes became fast, repeatable and reviewable, lead time dropped, and removing manual access strengthened compliance, so the client could move through audits and regulatory reviews smoothly while it kept scaling.

Challenge: A US SaaS platform for private market intelligence, used by private equity funds, investment banks and corporate M&A teams, wanted AI features faster than its platform allowed. Every new capability was built one at a time inside the main application, and most of that work went through a single team. Solution: ioet joined in 2025 with a product manager and three senior engineers working inside the client's processes and alongside their team. The first project, conversational search, went from prototype to general availability, including a deployment in Europe. The client then asked the same team to build a dedicated platform for AI agents from the first line of code. On top of it, the teams built an AI agent that helps dealmakers search companies, build lists and create spreadsheets, market maps and investment memos, designed so it never changes a user's data without asking first. Results: The client saw results it was impressed with 1.5 weeks after kickoff. The platform now runs all of the client's AI agents, two other product teams build and launch their own AI features on it without waiting on a central team, and the partnership has continued for more than 12 months.
