About

Pedagogue Systems is a transformation company dedicated to rebuilding how staffing firms operate. They offer an honest, in-depth assessment of a staffing business's operations, systems, and potential margin leaks, typically conducted over four to six weeks, before recommending any solutions. Their core offering centers around a governed AI platform designed to integrate seamlessly into existing technology stacks, ensuring that all AI-driven decisions are auditable, compliant with client policies, and remain under human governance. Founded by two seasoned operators with decades of experience in enterprise-scale staffing technology, Pedagogue Systems emphasizes direct engagement with its co-founders. The company's philosophy is to diagnose thoroughly before prescribing, shaping engagements based on a client's specific needs rather than pre-determined solutions. This approach ensures that the implemented transformations are practical, actionable, and empower client teams to autonomously manage their optimized processes and technology. Pedagogue Systems helps staffing firms address critical areas such as margin improvement, credential compliance, fill rate and speed optimization, AI readiness, data quality, process improvement, systems consolidation, scalability, and security. Their platform, Cassion, provides a governed data foundation, while Compass manages matching rules and Almanak offers a unified, role-based user interface across devices, all built to ensure transparency and accountability in every automated decision.
