Lattice, a people management platform, sought to develop a simple yet engaging cross-platform mobile application for their One-on-One solution. They required a React Native solution that would align with their existing React, GraphQL, and Relay web application stack, demanding specialized expertise in this area. G2i undertook the development of Lattice's mobile application using React Native, seamlessly integrating with their established tech stack and internal development workflow. The project focused on achieving maximum design adherence and component reusability, with an estimation of 27 unique components and 20 unique views across 5 initial sprints. Close collaboration between the G2i and Lattice teams ensured a smooth development process. The project was completed significantly ahead of schedule, reducing the initially planned 5 sprints to just 3 sprints. Over a 10-week period, G2i contributed a total of 880 hours of work, achieving maximum design adherence and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, G2i provided extra value by implementing UI loading enhancements like shimmer placeholders and integrating automated end-to-end testing with Detox into Lattice's CI loop.
