Newtech Bathroomware, one of New Zealand's leading suppliers of bathroom products with nationwide showroom representation, set out to accelerate its technology roadmap and improve internal systems. To do so it needed a scalable, cost-efficient engineering team offshore. The challenge was to identify skilled software engineers in Vietnam and the Philippines who could integrate with the existing team and operate effectively across time zones while staying aligned with New Zealand-based stakeholders.
