I told all my staff, the only thing you have to do as a recruiter is not to source CVs, not to send emails, not to read CVs. It is to build relationships. Recruiters are going to become more like community managers. All the rest can be done by AI. Our AI agent talks to all our candidates on a weekly or monthly basis, asking how they are, if they are looking for a job. It is almost free. They will spend less time on mundane work and more time being human. If you still think your job is to match a job description with a CV, you are getting it wrong. The goal is to build relationships.
