Joel Kammeyer: I've been in the buyer seat. Dustin gets mad at me for calling them buyers, but we're contingent workforce leaders. When we're talking in the contingent space, it's buyer and seller, and at the end of the day, we don't want to be known as buyers. We're leaders. At its core, Direct Collective is a community of contingent workforce leaders. We are peer to peer networking, peer-to-peer problem solving. There's a problem, I don't have to go solve this on my own. That's why a lot of the peers in this industry go to conferences, why they attend webinars. At the end of the day, we all want personal connection. We offer that. We offer an efficient way to get to that. And it's a free membership at its core. If you want to do free, great. If you want to do more, we have that as well. If you're a procurement or an HR or wherever you sit running a contingent workforce program, it doesn't matter. We're not tailored to one or the other. How do we get as many people into that to crowdsource the ideas, to get as many peer-to-peer connections? Direct Collective runs off a platform called Circle, our private area where we can all converse, direct message, and access a member directory. The things Dustin and I are building are to make that more efficient. What is your program DNA? What's your tech stack? What are you looking to get out of this? What's important today won't be important to you in a year or two. The unique thing about Dustin and what he's built is he listens to members. Our board is made up of members. What are our founding members saying? You could have a thousand ideas and work on all of those, but you're not accomplishing anything. We focus on the five most valuable things our members can get value out of.
