Rich Wilson: I plan to grow over five hundred percent in the next twelve months and I don't plan to hire one more full time person. I've got some fractional people I'm bringing in. I've just brought in a fractional GTM person, I've just brought in a fractional recruiter to help us with some stuff, because you still need good humans, right? You still need good people, especially with the customer. I'm kind of old school in a lot of ways. I'm an adopter of technology and always have been, but I am old school in a lot of ways. I still want our customers to speak to a really knowledgeable customer success manager who knows the industry, that knows that company, that knows hiring, and can be there to help them whatever way they need. I'm not gonna budge on that. If they've got an issue, they're not talking to my agent. They can just phone or message or email one of our team and they'll get back to them within an hour and they'll help fix the problem if it's fixable. I always think, if I'm a freelancer and I've not been paid on a Friday afternoon, what do I want to know? I want to be able to pick up the phone to somebody and say, hey look, I've got payments coming out, I'm not being paid. I don't want to be talking to an agent trying to figure out why I'm not being paid. So again it goes back to: what do you want to be human and what do you want to be AI, and doing that the right way. It's not about replacement.
