Yeah, great question. I think as far as like making sure you're paying the right amounts, be educated. S ask AI about what to expect. Give it the scenario. It will know the answer. It will know. There's plenty of of literature out there that's gonna pull from into the LLM that's gonna tell you here's what you need to be looking for and and evaluating. It's on a country by country basis also. So what you might experience in Canada is not the same what you're gonna experience in South Africa or in Singapore, right? So add that context and ask those questions.
And then compare that to a sample invoice. Ask your EOR for a sample invoice. Give me a sample invoice for somebody making this amount of money in this location. That is a for a period of a month or three months. You're gonna see exactly what the numbers look like. And if they don't match your invoice, then that's where you can call it out, right? I think that's first and foremost. As far as software is concerned, ask them to give you either a sandbox or access to the software for free, right? We do that, Foxhire does that. So you can go and sign up for Foxhire.
For free right now, you can run a quote. You can click into all the reports. You can see all the things you're gonna have access to. We don't charge any money for our software. And that's where I think a lot of the pricing challenges come in for these global EORs, which is they're trying to be a software company when they're actually a services company. So they're charging fees that sort of don't make sense, like monthly license and seat fees for employees you might not even employ, right? Like those types of things don't make sense. And so those would be the two big questions I would ask. Give me a sample invoice.
of a worker making the same amount of money the of the one or the five or the twenty I'm talking about. And can I access your software and give it a test drive without paying any money?
I love that. I love that. It's so practical and in both cases.
It is you can be the ultimate lazy to get the right answer. So, in terms of the sample invoice, you can have your LLM of choice, whatever, just rip through it. And then also, here's the thing: from a vetting perspective, every single provider you talk with now, it should be: hey, give us access to the sandbox environment, and B, give us a sample invoice. And then as you get, you know, five to twenty providers.
Some are gonna say no, some are gonna say yes, and then just have your LLM rip through both that sample invoice as well as the sandbox environment. So damn Colin. All right. You can tell. No, no, no. This is the this is the honest Midwest experience, right? Of cause
