the number one impact of AI is people know what we do now. Cause before they didn't know what we do. Like seriously, every single sales call I took in twenty nineteen, twenty twenty, twenty twenty one, twenty two is like, what's an E what are you talking about? What's an EOR? What? Payroll? No, no, no, no. I got that handled. We're good. Thanks, bye. Like that's literally what it was. And now we're getting leads coming in like, I know what you do. I know what I care about. Here it's between you and this other player. Here's the questions I have. Right? Like education is so much higher in every regard.
Num first and foremost, which that's a positive for us because it is an abstract sale and something that not a lot of people know about. So that's first and foremost, like very positive. but the other things I'm seeing as far as a program perspective, contingent workforce program, I'm seeing more contingent workforce programs take and consider taking their program management in-house because they have the tools necessary.
Yeah. Yep. Yep.
And AI is creating efficiencies that weren't there before. But they still need the risk mitigation, right? And deliverables of an EOR on the service side, right? Such as health benefits, tax administration, right? Workers' compensation coverage. That's where I don't think Cloud can do any of this stuff, right? Because you're talking about actual services. You're not calling talking about access to services, right? That's what software gives you, access to things. I'm talking about actual services that deliver value that is outside of software.
And that risk mitigation piece is the number one of those things. so accessing that is a little bit easier now. You don't necessarily need an MSP, especially for mid small to mid-sized programs, Gen Zero, Gen 1. And that's where an EOR with the platform can really deliver some value for for those types of folks.
