At Full Scale, our goal is to help people build long term teams, but we don't have long term contracts. So people can hire three developers and if for whatever reason it's not working out, or they finish the project, they can give those resources back with 30 days notice. That said, we're not Upwork. If you need a WordPress developer for three weeks, we're not really the right solution. That's not really what we do. We help people like AMC Theaters build a team of twenty-one people to help grow for the long term. Now if AMC comes to us tomorrow and says, we need two less mobile developers, but now we need two more front end developers, we're like, no problem. It's fine. But we're not really designed to do short little projects. What we find is we do a way better job of all of these things behind the scenes than ninety percent of our clients would ever do. Even if you're a development team that has ten developers, odds are you're probably not really good at training and mentoring and holding them accountable and all the processes that you would have behind the scenes to do that.
