First of all, there are smart people all over the world. One of the things we like specifically about the Philippines for software development is English fluency was one of the number one things. Because software development is all about communication. And a lot of communication. It's not like video editing, where I train you and you do the same job every day. Software development is a lot of communication every day. Why are we doing this? I need to ask a lot of questions. I need to validate assumptions. I need to push back on the design. A lot of communication needs to happen. So English fluency is really critical. A lot of people that struggle with hiring offshore, it's dealing with language barriers and all that. It causes a lot of challenges. That is not a problem in the Philippines. You could fly to the Philippines tomorrow and only speak English. And I promise you, the taxi driver that picks you up at the airport speaks English. Every road sign is in English. It is not a barrier.
