It's never been a better time to build software. Software is more affordable to build now than it's ever been before. And so now projects that companies wouldn't have done in the past make more sense to do today. It's more affordable to do them today. And you can simply just do things today you couldn't do before. Here's a good example. At Full Scale, we ask every one of our employees every day to submit a daily report. What did you do today? What do you plan to do tomorrow? What kind of blockers do you have? What kind of help do you need? A lot of development teams do this kind of stuff. As you can imagine, it's really difficult to review 300 of those reports every day and then think about, well, what did they say they were going to do yesterday? And did they actually do that? And try and hold them accountable to all that. It's really difficult. But guess what's really good at doing that? AI. AI has made it so we can do projects and do things in the past we simply could not do before. So it is helping developers be more productive, and maybe we need slightly less developers because of that, but it's also enabling us to do work that we couldn't do before.
